Community Housing Capital's 2024 Annual Report needed to communicate the organization's financial performance, lending impact, and sustainability initiatives in a way that was both informative and engaging. The challenge was presenting a large volume of technical information without overwhelming readers.

IMPACT.
From concept through production, I created a report that communicated credibility without sacrificing readability. The result was a publication that strengthened Community Housing Capital's brand while helping stakeholders quickly understand both the organization's performance and the communities it serves.
