To commemorate Community Housing Capital's 25th Anniversary, the organization wanted an annual report that felt more meaningful than a traditional financial publication. The opportunity was to celebrate a significant milestone while making decades of lending, partnerships, and community impact feel more personal, engaging, and memorable.

IMPACT.
As Creative Director, I developed the concept, illustration style, and editorial design for the publication from cover to cover. The result was a distinctive anniversary report that transformed a traditionally information-heavy document into an engaging storytelling experience, helping reinforce Community Housing Capital's mission while creating a visual identity worthy of its 25-year milestone.
